US orders over 39.99 can be shipped free of charge.

All orders will be shipped within 2 days, and the shipping fee will be calculated when the order is created.

ORDER PROCESSING

If an order consists of several products, we will try to ship them together and make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, as different products have different sizes and conditions, they may be shipped via different couriers. You will receive a respective email notification for different tracking.

Once your order is shipped and get a tracking number, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from MrCrafts. Please check the email address that you used to place an order for the tracking details. If you haven’t found the email, please check your spam box and add us as contacts to avoid missing our further emails.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time free exchange policy within 30 days of shipment. Please contact us for returns via Patrick@mrcrafts-nature.com with your order number and the reason. We will inspect your Exchange request. Usually, it will take around 3-5 business days for inspection and response. Once confirmed, we will email you about the result.

Refund Policy

All refund requests will be responded within 3-5 days. We will first confirm whether you need to return the product.
If you need to return the product, please ensure that the product is complete and intact.
If you do not need to return the product, we will refund you within 3 working days.
